These terms apply to your use of SlipKhata, operated by Vireosol. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
SlipKhata reads payment slips and messages your linked phones forward to our WhatsApp number and records them in your ledgers. Extraction is done by AI and can be wrong. Entries below the confidence thresholds are sent to you for confirmation, but you remain responsible for checking your ledgers and balances.
Your account
- Keep your login secure, and link only phone numbers you control or are authorised to use.
- Forward only slips and messages you have a lawful reason to process, and tell your customers and vendors that you keep digital records.
- You are responsible for your own Anthropic API key and the charges Anthropic makes for its use.
Acceptable use
Don't use SlipKhata to send spam, to process data you're not allowed to, or to break WhatsApp's or Anthropic's usage policies. We may suspend an account that does.
Credits and fees
Processing uses credits shown in your account. Fees and credit prices are agreed with you before you are charged.
Your data
Your ledger data belongs to you. How we handle it is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made from ledger data you did not check.
Ending
You can close your account at any time. We may end or suspend the service with notice, or immediately for misuse.
